Job Overview Base pay range: CA$52,100.00/yr - CA$57,500.00/yr. We are looking for a relationship builder, problem solver, or critical thinker to join our team as a Branch Office Administrator (BOA). In this role, you will support financial advisors and ensure clients receive outstanding service. Position Schedule Full‑time. Location 32 Riverglen Drive S.E., Calgary, AB. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to one or more financial advisors. Handle inbound and outbound client calls, emails, and in‑person interactions. Assist with client account openings, transfers, and other financial transactions. Support the annual business planning process and marketing initiatives. Maintain accurate client records and update SOPs. Required Skills and Qualifications Analytical thinking and attention to detail. Adaptability and strong conversational skills. Digital tool utilization (e.g., MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office). Team collaboration and ability to work independently at the advisor’s direction. Experience or willingness to learn in the financial services industry. Training & Support Comprehensive 6‑month training with an experienced peer mentor. Wide support network across branch, region, and corporate office. Opportunity to work independently while backed by a large team.
