What’s the job?

We’re looking for a community driven leader to give direction, guidance and coaching to the Branch employees to continue providing and enhancing exceptional service for our members. As Branch Manager, you’ll use your many skills to lead the Branch and provide Coast Capital’s style of simple financial help to our members and improve our local communities.

Build relationships with your members and the local community, establishing the Coast Capital name in the local market.Coach your team in developing their sales skills, building effective relationships and embracing our purpose, mission, values, brand and business practices.Celebrate your team’s successes, whether it be achieving a sales target or helping a team member grow their career within Coast Capital.Exemplify our “How can we help you?” brand while achieving sales, growth and profitability across each area of our business.Collaborate with the General Insurance, Investments and Commercial departments to achieve our business and member experience strategies.Oversee core branch operations to ensure consistency, accuracy, safety and adherence to policy, procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Leaders who understand the importance of “leading from the front” and bringing business strategy to life.
  • Individuals with a diploma or degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related area.
  • Minimum of 7 years in a similar position with proven success in achieving business strategies in a financial institution.
  • Strong understanding of risk management and security compliance, deposit and lending processes.
  • Possession of a Mutual Funds license.
  • Knowledge of the local market for business development.
