This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative environment focused on enhancing the quality of life for patients undergoing solid organ, bone marrow, hematologic stem cell, and islet cell transplants.Provide comprehensive endocrinological care to patients undergoing solid organ and islet cell transplants.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that integrate immune therapies and endocrinological management.Conduct patient assessments, including physical examinations, diagnostic testing, and interpretation of laboratory results.Monitor and manage hormonal therapies and immunosuppressive regimens to optimize transplant outcomes.Engage in clinical research and contribute to the advancement of the transplant endocrinology field through publications and presentations.Participate in the on-call rotation and provide timely consultations for inpatient and outpatient referrals.At Vancouver General Hospital, you will have access to state-of-the-art facilities and a collaborative environment that fosters innovation and excellence in patient care.
