The Role Key Responsibilities Conduct psychological assessments, interviews, and observations. Diagnose mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Provide therapy and counselling (individual, group, or family based). Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly. Maintain confidential and accurate documentation. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for holistic patient care. Provide crisis intervention and support when needed. Educate clients and families on mental health and coping strategies. Stay updated with the latest psychological research and best practices. Ideal Profile Qualifications Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology (Clinical, Counseling, or related field). Valid license to practice psychology (state or country‑specific requirement). Proven experience in clinical or counselling settings. Strong understanding of psychological theory, diagnostics, and therapeutic techniques. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills. Ability to maintain ethical and professional standards. Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others. What's on Offer?
