Mental Health Psychologist – Remote Teladoc Health Canada's Mental Health team is growing. We look for licensed mental health practitioners to join us virtually and shape the future of healthcare nationwide. Description We are currently seeking Mental Health Psychologists to join our Teladoc Health Canada team. You will be part of a world-class virtual practice delivering telemedicine mental health care, supporting patients with depression, anxiety, and disability management. The role is remote and flexible, allowing you to build a caseload based on your provincial licensing. Responsibilities Provide safe, appropriate, and high‑quality patient care via video and phone interactions on the Teladoc platform. Assess members’ mental health needs, diagnoses, perform case reviews, and provide structured psychotherapy treatment. Produce detailed, high‑quality psychological assessments and treatment reports. Maintain complete, timely clinical documentation. Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with all federal, provincial and territorial health information privacy laws. Qualifications Registered member in good standing with the College of Psychologists of British Columbia (or equivalent). Minimum +2 years of experience in clinical and/or counseling psychology. Minimum +2 years’ experience with return‑to‑work and/or disability intervention. Experience with return‑to‑work planning, early prevention, disability management claims. Background in occupational psychology and psychotherapeutic assessments. Proficiency in evidence‑based modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness, MI; additional modalities are an asset. Demonstrated success of client return‑to‑work outcomes. Experience providing services via telehealth/telemedicine preferred. Strong clinical documentation skills, including detailed assessment and treatment reports. Experience with psychological assessments and interpretation. Fluency in English and French is an asset.
