Our customers range from small to large corporations, institutions, government agencies and consumers across North America.ResponsibilitiesInteracts with client’s accounts payable department regarding status of paymentsIdentifies areas of concern and provides effective problem resolution and suggestions regarding customers’ account statusInvestigates and updates customers regarding inquiries and/or complaintsTracks progress of accounts and updates via company ERP systemExpedites custom collection campaigns on each customer consisting of emails, phone calls and correspondenceWorks closely with team members to create ways to bring in revenue and achieve success as a groupSolves issues quickly and produces resolutions to promptly bring in receivablesCompetencies And SkillsPrevious call center experience a plusStrong verbal and written communications skillsProblem resolution and reasoning abilitiesStrong initiative and self-motivationExperience in Microsoft Office softwareAbility to organize, prioritize and work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work under time constraintsProficiency to handle a portfolio of approximately 2300 customersSeniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionAccounting/Auditing and FinanceIndustries: WholesaleLocation: Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada #J-18808-Ljbffr
