Regional Administration Executive

Overview Cartamundi Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Regional Administration Executive to join their team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the regional sales office, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities Liaise with the customer or distributor about orders and needs Communicate with our different factories globally about customer requirements such as product development, pricing, terms of delivery and payment Manage all logistical aspects of an order: issue proforma, purchase order and invoice. Liaise with forwarders Input data/forecasting in our SAP system Follow up on payments and with production to make sure deliveries are done timely and according to expectations Local warehouse stock management, with periodic in-person visits for physical stock counts, inventory accuracy checks and order prepping as needed What we're looking for Preferable Diploma or University degree, or 5 years equivalent work experience Ability to assimilate quickly with a meticulous eye for detail, communicate independently with customers, respond to changes in demands and customer needs Well organized, reliable and able to get things done while handling multiple priorities Pro-active, take initiative Knowledge of INCOTERMS and international transactions/logistics an advantage Knowledge of SAP and/or CRM database (Salesforce) an advantage Multiple languages an advantage What we offer This is a challenging role with lots of variety. Dynamic environment, fast growing company.
