Arobas personnel is looking for a Cybersecurity governance specialist & technical policy writer for a contract with one of our clients located in Montreal.

*Remote: Hybrid - 2 days/week in the office*

What we’re looking for?

  1. 5+ years of experience as a security Functional Analyst
  2. Experience in technical writing within cybersecurity or IT.
  3. Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and terminology.
  4. Previous experience in a technical capacity including technical risk assessments.
  5. Strong knowledge of information security frameworks such as CIS, ISO27001, NIST SP 800-53/CSF etc.
  6. Very good understanding of security controls such as Secure Configuration, Vulnerability Management, Access Control, Network Security, etc.
  7. Ability to translate technical jargon into clear, user-friendly content.
  8. Experience with documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, Google Docs).
  9. Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards.
