Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead a customer-centric culture to deepen relationships and leverage the Bank's extensive systems and knowledge.
  • Provide induction to new team members, sharing information about the GFSBI vision, mission, and culture, as well as job descriptions and objectives.
  • Understand the Bank's risk culture and apply it in daily activities and decisions.
  • Create an environment for efficient operations, ensuring compliance with controls to reduce operational risk and regulatory noncompliance.
  • Promote a high-performance environment, implementing a strategy to attract, retain, develop, and motivate the team.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills in English.
  • 5+ years of hands-on technical experience and Project Management experience.
  • Experience with IBM i hardware, software, networked devices, and System i Access Client Solution.
  • LPAR administration experience.
  • Load and test operating system and application software releases.
  • Knowledge of Websphere MQ, BRMS, CMOD, CL programming language, Performance navigator, and other relevant software.
  • High level of technical knowledge with System i security and associated security products.
  • Support DCM and perform tasks associated with job scheduling and report distribution tools.
  • Ability to develop, document, and maintain procedures for system utilities.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn in an agile environment.
  • Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
