You’ll work with our current teams in the US - especially Sales, Marketing and Operations - to leverage the current infrastructure and introduce plans to deliver our international double-digit annual growth goals. The role requires a “player coach” with a roll-up your sleeves attitudeThe ideal candidate will be highly collaborative, an expert on the Canadian market and key customers and have proven experience at scaling a winning business model.Responsibilities:Revenue GenerationDeliver annual revenue expectations within profitability guardrailsManage communications and the day-to-day business of distribution partnersWork with Planning and Operations to ensure inventory availabilityCreate a reliable pipeline and forecasts, communicating regularly with leadership around challenges and strategies to overcome these.Manage and nurture relationships with key customers and strategic partners, ensuring we deliver on the value promised.PeopleManage external partners, including 2 rep agency partnersHighly cross-functional role with global internal teams and executive leadershipReportingReport regularly on country performance against agreed plans and targets.Analyze metrics and implement projects to improve operational and financial performance.The Right Person Would Have:5 years’ commercial experience in a high performance environment, ideally in CE or wellness categoriesExpert knowledge of the Canadian retailer landscape and marketExcellent strategic and critical thinking skills, with the ability to solve problems quickly and effectively.Natural leadership skills with a passion for details and personally delivering resultsExcellent communicator, negotiator and speaker/presenterExperience with Best Buy Canada, Canadian Tire, Costco or other national retailers required. Beneficial to have experience in independent dealers, regional accounts and/or B2B customers (gym, premium & incentive, golf, etc)Must reside in CanadaThe pay range for this role is:150,000 - 155,000 CAD per year (Remote (Canada)) #J-18808-Ljbffr
