  • Taking a proactive approach to discovering our customer needs, listening to understand what they are asking for
  • Educating our customers, providing relevant insights and expert advice
  • Building our customer’s comprehensive plans using a holistic approach to help them achieve their goals
  • Nurturing strong, long-standing relationships
  • Developing, retaining and growing the branch business by delivering against individual and team sales goals that support a positive customer experience
  • Opportunities are available in the branch nearest to you as we are hiring across Turtle Island (Canada)

What you need to succeed:

  • The appetite and drive to build strong customer relationships and deliver excellence customer service.
  • You're self directed, performance oriented in your approach
  • Natural curiosity to uncover and solve for customers' need to help them achieve their financial goals
  • Willingness to complete industry related courses needed for their role which Scotiabank will support your learning journey with tuition reimbursement and focused learning groups
  • Mutual Funds license and working towards the CIFP Diploma
