IN Engineering + Planning is centrally located in Brockville, Ontario, to provide services to Eastern Ontario—including Kingston, Ottawa, Cornwall, Perth, Smiths Falls, and Kemptville. Key Responsibilities Assist in maintaining accurate financial records through data entry and bookkeeping. Complete some human resources functions. Process invoices, accounts payable, and accounts receivable transactions. Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts. Generate financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. Collaborate with the finance team to streamline accounting processes. Utilize QuickBooks extensively for financial management—expert proficiency required. Minimum Requirements Proven experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or financial administration. Diploma in Business Management or equivalent considered an asset. Enrollment in CPA or willingness to complete considered an asset. Expert‑level proficiency in QuickBooks (mandatory). Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management. Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Experience in the engineering or professional services industry (preferred but not required). Knowledge of Odoo enterprise management software an asset.
