  1. Developing backend service and DevOps technical strategy with the CTO while advancing the technical roadmap.
  2. Managing multiple projects, stakeholders and deadlines simultaneously.
  3. Carry out managerial duties which include salary reviews, professional development and performance management.
  4. Work with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and facilitate technical solutioning sessions.
  5. Manage the software development lifecycle for several services and applications ensuring that they are built to be maintainable, scalable and rigorous quality control to ensure a problem-free user experience.

Required Skills and Abilities:

  1. 10+ years’ developing in Microsoft Technologies.
  2. 5+ years’ experience overseeing and managing a Development Team.
  3. Proven experience in technical project management, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time.
  4. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  5. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  6. Detail-oriented with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  7. Working knowledge of Azure DevOps.
  8. Knowledge in web frameworks/technologies (AJAX, RESTful services, JSON).
  9. Knowledge of HTML / HTML5 / CSS and responsive web design.
  10. Knowledge of Azure Cloud technologies for Web App, Web APIs.
  11. A post-secondary degree in a related field.
