We are looking for a Junior Operations and Logistics Coordinator to assist in the fulfillment of purchase orders from key global wholesale and retail partners. You’ll work with some of the biggest retail brands in the world to fulfill shipments and orders.ResponsibilitiesEnsure all retail and wholesale orders are processed and packed according to routing guidelinesSupport our team in managing key retail accounts by compiling assets and pulling dataCommunicate with our wholesale partners and keep them informed of shipment progress and delaysEnter data from purchase orders into our internal databasesHelp manage inventory levels by maintaining up-to-date purchase order information in the systemHelp prepare sales materials such as line sheets, setup information and slide decksOffer assistance in supporting and managing wholesale accountsRequirements1+ years of logistics, supply chain operations or retail experienceAbility to work cross functionally in a dynamic environmentStrong work ethic with a high degree of flexibilityA love for collectible figures, toys, pop culture and the internet (memes, influencers, etc)Process oriented with a strong attention to detailExperience with Google Suite, primarily Google Sheets & DocsBonusExperience with Airtable and BasecampThe Pay Range For This Role Is40,000 - 50,000 CAD per year (Remote) #J-18808-Ljbffr
