As a Senior HR Advisor, you will collaborate with our extended HR team and business leaders in the administration, coordination and implementation of key operational processes and to ensure operational excellence in the delivery of HR programs and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will support HR operational effectiveness by ensuring transactions are executed in a timely, efficient and accurate manner as well as monitor and evaluate the implementation of current HR processes and programs to ensure maximum service delivery.

WHAT YOU'LL DO: Responsibilities

What you can expect on a typical day:

Ownership of Critical HR processes. You will coordinate & administer critical processes, related to employee lifecycle events, i.e. transfers, promotions, relocation, retirement, leaves & accommodations, etc., including coordinating workflows between the various HR sub-functions.
