They are looking for a highly motivated, relationship-driven Partnerships Manager to grow and manage a portfolio of referral partners and play a central role in the company’s next stage of growth. Mission Own and expand a high-quality network of referral partners that consistently drives new business, repeat usage, and advocacy. You’ll build strong relationships, create mutual value, and translate partner opportunities into measurable revenue outcomes. What You’ll Do Manage a portfolio of partner accounts end-to-end including onboarding, enablement, growth, and retention Build authentic relationships with partners and become a trusted advisor Drive consistent partner engagement through regular touchpoints, business reviews, onsite visits, trainings, and events Identify and prioritize high‑potential partners and focus time where ROI is highest Co‑create initiatives with partners such as offers, enablement materials, education sessions, and co‑marketing Diagnose friction and collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams to resolve issues Track and expand wallet share within your portfolio and source warm introductions to new partners Maintain accurate account plans, activity tracking, pipeline, and forecasts in the CRM Use partner performance data to guide actions, experiments, and investment decisions Establish feedback loops to improve the product and partner experience Outcomes (First 6–12 Months) Build and actively manage a book of top partners while increasing volume and quality of referrals Develop a cohort of core strategic partners with clear growth plans Improve partner satisfaction and advocacy through testimonials, referrals, and case studies Implement a simple partner tiering model and engagement cadence Deliver reliable, insight‑driven reporting on partner health and forecasts What You Bring Relationship‑first operator with proactive, persistent, and resourceful energy Strong communicator who builds rapport quickly and handles difficult conversations gracefully Self‑starter who owns outcomes without heavy oversight Fast learner who can quickly understand the business and translate needs into action Team player who collaborates effectively across internal functions Strong commercial instincts with the ability to spot opportunities and structure simple value exchanges Comfortable with light travel and in‑person partner engagements Nice‑to‑Have Backgrounds Experience in customer success, partnerships/account management, business development, or founder/operator roles Exposure to high‑touch service environments requiring strong people skills Experience delivering training or educational sessions Startup or scale‑up experience wearing multiple hats Compensation Base salary range $75‑85K; Y1 OTE is $110‑120K and Y2 is $150‑160K.
