In this role, you will be responsible for responsible for performing maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical, electronic and mechanical systems used in the plant.Pay: $36-39/hr.Shift: Rotational6am-3pm8am-5pm2pm-11pm10pm-7amResponsibilitiesPerform PMs, inspections and verifications on all control components and apply appropriate corrective actionReplaces, troubleshoots, repairs, installs and adjusts accompanying equipment to perform as designedAbility to safely work with and troubleshoot systems at varying voltages (voltage electrical systems including 110V, 220V, and 480V) in accordance with electrical codes and safety proceduresPerforms frequency drives, writes drive logic in PLC code, creates HMI applications uploads and downloads PLC programs and HMI applications, programs ladder logic to troubleshoot equipment, integrates new processes into equipment, sets up network communications and sets up advanced routing of Ethernet protocolsCalculates resistance, loads, currents and component sizes appropriate to the application. Calibrates instruments to control or record accuratelyPerforms periodic inspections of all scales, meters, controllers, recorders, and any other measuring devices used in the production of product or in facility support systemsReads and interprets schematic drawings and diagrams required to perform maintenance on, or install plant equipmentResponsible to conduct yourself and ensure your subordinates (if applicable) conduct themselves in a manner consistent with company mission, values, code of ethics, policies, and other standards of conductQualificationsWorking knowledge of low to high voltage electrical systems including 110V, 220V, and 480V.Advanced electrical and maintenance knowledge/experience required; Must be able to work with electrical and electronic assemblies, draw and read electrical schematics;Must have skills sufficient to design and implant control circuits utilizing PLCs, HMI, VFDs and Servos; Computer skills sufficient to operate a laptop/PLC and HMI programming software such as Allen Bradley, Square D, Siemens, Omron and SAP maintenance moduleAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operation manual and maintenance instructions, and procedure manualsAbility to complete work orders, carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form, and complete required paperworkElectrical knowledge and ability to expand knowledge and skills via on-the-job and as mandated by management, including all required OSHA trainingAbility to comply with all general safety policies and procedures in accordance with Company, Local, State and Federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) rules, USDA and regulationsAbility to obtain a valid forklift licenseMust be able to lift fifty (50) lbsCompensation And BenefitsThe base salary range for this position is $36.00 - $39.00 per hour. The pay range represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to educations, skills, work experience, certifications, geography etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
