Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Phone & Computer Repair Technician to join our Beaumont, Alberta store team. The ideal candidate will have experience diagnosing and repairing a variety of smartphones, tablets, laptops, and desktop computers, delivering high-quality repairs and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose hardware and software issues in smartphones, tablets, laptops, and desktop computers
  • Perform repairs such as screen replacements, battery changes, component repairs, virus removal, and software troubleshooting
  • Test devices to ensure full functionality after repairs
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
  • Provide excellent customer service and explain repair details clearly
  • Keep accurate repair logs and inventory of parts used
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest phone and computer models and repair techniques

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in phone and computer repair or electronics repair
  • Knowledge of common phone and computer issues and solutions (screens, batteries, charging ports, software issues, virus removal, hardware upgrades)
  • Ability to use repair tools and equipment safely and effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills and customer service orientation
  • Ability to work independently during scheduled hours
