Manager of Commercial Lending Title: Manager of Commercial Lending Location: Brandon, MB Grade: B-14 Position Close Date: November 26, 2025 Key Responsibilities Under general direction of the Branch Manager, responsible for the overall operation of the commercial lending department. Organizes and directs the daily activities of the commercial lending employees, monitors activities and regularly reviews performance of the employees and department. Recommends loan applications to Corporate Office and/or approves within their own lending limit, in accordance with policies. Responsible for the integrity of the loan portfolio, and recommends changes that would positively impact the lending department. Be a leader for the overall service quality of the department, developing a team of lenders committed to providing high quality service to our membership. Will also hold their own portfolio, with an even split in time between lending and leadership.
