This role is responsible for the efficient execution of emergency and non-emergency repairs and service calls as the primary responsibility. key responsibilities Respond to all repair & maintenance questions from stores Analyze proposals to ensure cost and scope meets the needed scope of repair Use previous experience and mechanical aptitude to validate troubleshooting and diagnoses performed by on-site technicians Ensure repair timeline SLAs are met Implement new internal programs and pilots under the guidance of the Senior Managers, and provide feedback as programs develop and grow qualifications Minimum 1 year experience in facilities maintenance Working knowledge of retail environment Versatile with capacity and capabilities to manage multiple projects Possess organizational, time management, and trouble-shooting competence Superb communication skills – verbal and written must haves Acknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for your life.
