Property Specialist - Facility Operations

Are you forward-thinking and always looking to establish better systems and processes?

As a property specialist you will, investigate, implement, assess and manage all functions of Service Channel as it relates to Retail Locations, Supply Chain and CHQ facilities support services. You’ll engage in project completion tasks which will require in market travel.

Join our collaborative team as a property specialist

What you’ll do:

- Oversee all activities associated with ServiceChannel Platform
- Support instore project execution validation
- Oversee preventive maintenance programs
- Create, and maintain scope of work, and standard operating procedure documents
- Respond and schedule trades for incoming work order requests
- Schedule and coordinate all periodic work, including fire inspection, emergency lighting, HVAC, plumbing & Electrical
- Work with retail and DC Maintenance to ensure best practices and training documentation are up to date
- Provide updates on platform changes to supply chain operations proactively

What we’re looking for:

- 1-2 years with Facilities background or equivalent retail infield project support
- Experience with Service Channel or similar CMMS platform
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills
- The ability to be available for support in unplanned after hours events when needed

$64,000.00 - $68,000.00

Starting pay offered will consider skills and experience. Your pay can grow as you build your career with us.
