Reconciliation Administrator – Computershare Canada Location: Montreal, Quebec, CA – HybridEmployment type: Full-timeSeniority level: Mid-Senior level OverviewThe North American Reconciliation Department is responsible for reconciling all cash, ledger and share accounts of all clients held funds and assets. Administrators perform high volume numerical functions and play a major role in adhering to regulations and detecting financial fraud. Responsibilities Handle high volumes of routine transactions ensuring accuracy and adherence to internal service level agreements. Improve efficiencies within established tasks and adhere to procedures. Take ownership of standard operational queries, escalating where appropriate. Maintain up-to-date process notes following changes in working practice. Liaise with other departments to resolve differences. Comply with Operational risk and Regulatory Control policies and procedures. Carry out User Acceptance Testing for system changes as required. Qualifications Required Daily reconciliation of high-volume accounts using automated software and internal/external data within required timelines. Strong analytical skills with acute attention to detail in balancing transactional data and identifying break items. Excellent written and verbal communication to document items and initiate action. Ability to use TEAMS for training, meetings and stakeholder communications. Independent work and team collaboration to support colleagues. Ability to meet daily deadlines. 3‑5 years of account reconciliation experience. Preferred College/University level in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics or equivalent.
