Job Description What you’ll create and do As a Process Specialist, responsibilities include but are not limited to: Initiate and create client records Assemble client provided information Reach out to practice staff as required Send electronic copies of finalized tax returns to clients File Canadian and US Tax returns Scanning, mailing and couriering documents to clients and tax authorities Qualifications What you’ll bring to this role An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse people and perspectives Committed to providing high quality work and maintaining timelines A strong grasp of technology, including MS office and Google Suite of products Prior office administration, data entry and/or customer service experience an asset Effective written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate and manage expectations with clients Ability to work effectively under pressure without compromising professional standards or quality of work Flexible in terms of work schedule as services all Canadian time zones and overtime is required Additional Information Please note this is a 3‑6 month full‑time contract opportunity, starting from Jan 2026 (with the possibility of extension). Hybrid work schedule, in office when required.
