Job Overview Seeking a strong Continuous Improvement Manager for our Milton, Canada facility. This onsite role focuses on LEAN process improvement and is an integral part of the site leadership team. Key Responsibilities Define requirements for operations and ensure the implementation of Continuous Improvement strategies and initiatives to meet or exceed business requirements and customer expectations. Assist in facilitating Lean activities, including Kaizen events, Lean training events, standardization implementation, value‑stream mapping, and CIR development sessions. Ensure a developmentally productive environment for all employees. Administer and communicate company policies, goals, strategies, and vision. Facilitate quality systems, continuous process improvement, and safety initiatives in accordance with Lean thinking across the organization. Advance company metrics: safety, quality, delivery, cost, and morale. Develop, model, and coach Lean applications. Regularly review Lean performance expectations with leadership teams, providing expectations, performance planning, feedback, training and development. Lead development of a yearly site Continuous Improvement Roadmap to drive standardization and sustainability across the site. Perform administrative duties including data gathering, metrics, reports, and newsletters. Mentor, coach, and train various levels throughout the company. Qualifications Degree in Logistics, Operations Management, Lean Manufacturing, or related field. 3–5 years of Lean experience in logistics, warehousing or manufacturing. Experience providing overall direction, implementation and continuous improvement of Lean systems infrastructure across logistics and warehousing operations. Bilingual in English and French. Willingness to travel a minimum of 25% of the time. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Skills Lean Knowledge Warehouse Management and Transportation Knowledge Safety & Security Safety Program Experience and Oversight Business Management Skills Planning – Strategic and/or Tactical Quality Management System Knowledge Computer Skills – Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Access, Project) Physical Demands & Work Environment The role involves standing, walking, sitting, using hands, handling objects, moving up to 50 lbs, reaching, climbing stairs, stooping, kneeling, talking and hearing. It requires working in both an office and warehouse environment, exposure to moderate noise and extreme temperature variations, and may require extended hours. Travel is required at least 25% of the time; job location will be determined based on support needs.
