What You Will Have An Opportunity To Do The position of Leisure Sales Reservations Coordinator is responsible for serving as the personal liaison between the Director of Leisure Sales and luxury travel advisors and their clients. The primary role is to offer and secure enhanced, curated, and detailed accommodation options for VIP clients based on the requests of luxury travel advisors. The coordinator also assists the Director in securing accommodations and curating itineraries for familiarization trips (FAMs) and site inspections. From initial reservation requests to post‑departure follow‑ups, the role is to deliver exceptional service that reflects the warmth and hospitality of a luxury stay. Key Responsibilities Guest Experience & Personalization Promptly respond to luxury travel advisor requests to offer curated and detailed accommodation proposals with the goal of securing business. Cultivate strong relationships with luxury travel advisors. Assist in securing accommodations and itinerary planning for luxury travel advisor familiarization trips (FAMs) and site inspections. Update the Director of Leisure Sales with the status of proposals and subsequently secure reservations. Assist the Director of Leisure Sales with any other tasks and requests. Activity & Itinerary Planning Transition luxury advisor/client to appropriate concierge teams so that customized itineraries can be curated. Ensure itinerary planning is executed and follow up as needed. Curate and personally manage itineraries for luxury travel advisor site inspections and familiarization trips with assistance from concierge teams. Property & Guest Services Arrange welcome amenities and welcome notes. Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues to guarantee satisfaction. Serve as a point of contact for luxury travel advisors throughout the guest or advisor stay, offering assistance and recommendations as needed. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality, luxury services, or related fields. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail. Knowledge of Chatham Bars Inn accommodation options. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Proficiency in reservation systems and basic office software. Preferred Attributes Previous experience working in hospitality or luxury services. Familiarity with luxury service standards and expectations. Compensation $22.00 / hr + Reservations Incentive Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications and specific office location.
