As a Proposal Coordinator, you will thrive in our fast‑paced and agile environment, working closely with technical experts and business units to create high‑impact proposal submissions. Opportunity Dillon Consulting is seeking a motivated Proposal Coordinator for its Business Development and Sales (BDAS) group. The role supports proposal sales operations across 26 Canadian offices and offers flexible work hours and hybrid arrangements. Responsibilities Work with Business Units and technical teams to create professional, high‑quality proposals from initiation through to production and delivery of the final product. Operate our proposal management software system and collaborate with the Proposal Content Specialist to develop content, documents, and graphics. Review project opportunity documents to evaluate requirements, contractual terms, and evaluation criteria for bid compliance. Compile marketing materials, prepare qualification documents, and coordinate design and layout in partnership with the Marketing Department. Coordinate flow of information to meet internal and external deadlines and ensure all reviews are completed. Format, edit, print, distribute, and review documents; maintain high‑quality work consistent with corporate standards. Implement quality control measures to meet proposal requirements and corporate standards. Track and monitor potential project opportunities using internal systems. Participate in proposal debriefings for continuous improvement. Learning & Development Commit to self‑development and ongoing professional growth. Qualifications Minimum two years’ experience preparing proposals and tender submissions. Three (3) to five (5) years of administration experience or an equivalent combination of education, skills, and experience. Post‑secondary education in administration, marketing, business, or communications is preferred. Experience & Skills Advanced Microsoft Word and large‑document formatting skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Strong business writing, editing, and communication abilities. Aptitude for formatting, editing, and creating unified written content. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Understanding of basic financial terms and experience with budgets and schedules (e.g., Gantt charts). Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time‑management skills; able to work in a fast‑paced, changing environment. Experience in a professional services consulting firm is an asset. Experience with proposal management software platforms is an asset. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Microsoft Project, and PowerPoint is an asset. APMP certification is an asset.
