Housing and Supports Manager - Term Position Position Summary: Under the supervision of the Housing and Supports Program Director, the Housing and Supports Manager provides leadership to three housing sites and offers case‑management services to clients within an integrated supportive housing setting. Responsibilities: Lead three housing sites: Concordia Village IV, Riverwood House, and Steinbach Mental Wellness Centre. Conduct referral reviews and lead a selection committee. Perform initial assessments and create Recovery Plans; complete quarterly assessments in consultation with clients. Supervise and guide 1.2 FTE Housing Support Workers at Riverwood House and 0.5 FTE Housing Support Worker and 0.2 FTE Social Worker at Steinbach Mental Wellness Centre. Collaborate with community service providers (e.g., CMHW, PACT, Home Care). Implement program plans and provide ongoing supervision to Eden employees responsible for the program. Provide case management to 16 clients living within the integrated supportive housing block. Qualifications: Education/Certification: Graduate of an accredited post‑secondary education in Health‑Related Social Sciences (BSW, BScPN, BN, RPN, etc.) and any other relevant qualification. Active license and registration required by the relevant professional association and provincial legislation. Current CPR/First Aid Certification. Formal certification or training in leadership/management an asset. Certificate in Applied Suicide Intervention Skills (ASIST) an asset. Mental Health First Aid an asset. Relevant continuing professional education in clinical areas (Addictions training, Motivational Interviewing, CBT, DBT) preferred. Previous case‑management experience required. Experience in clinical assessment and intervention preferred. Experience in mental health/addictions with trauma‑informed care and harm‑reduction principles preferred. Prior leadership experience an asset. Experience in supportive housing an asset.
