Role: Reporting directly to the CEO, the Operations Lead will be at the heart of OssKin’s growth—optimizing systems, improving efficiency, and driving cross‑departmental success. You’ll lead strategic initiatives, streamline workflows, and ensure we scale smartly—on time, on budget, and with excellence. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely delivery. Manage vendors and contracts, negotiating terms that optimize costs and reliability. Streamline systems and processes to boost productivity and reduce expenses. Partner with leadership on strategy, planning, and cost‑saving initiatives. Coordinate with sales, engineering, production and service teams for smooth project execution. Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and identify risks and improvement opportunities. Maintain dashboards and documentation to monitor projects and performance. Deliver and execute various special projects. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 3+ years in operations, project management (experience in tech and growth start‑up companies a plus). Proven record of driving efficiency, automated workflows, and implementing cost‑saving solutions. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Proficient with Office 365; Jira, Mural, Monday.com, Notion or Asana preferred. Hands‑on, adaptable, entrepreneurial, and growth‑oriented mindset.
