Philomene Chartrand School is a Kindergarten to Grade 8 school with approximately 100 students, 9 teaching staff members and several support staff located in Camperville, Manitoba, 1 hour north of Dauphin. Qualifications:

Bachelor of Education Degree

Valid Manitoba Teaching Certificate (or eligibility for)

A sound knowledge of Manitoba curricula

Previous teaching experience

A sound knowledge and experience with school-based technology

Knowledge of Indigenous Way of Life

Experience with integrating Indigenous culture and land-based teaching into curriculum

Strong classroom management skills

Experience working with students with unique needs

A commitment to differentiated instruction

A willingness to inquire into best practices and reflect on practices

A team player committed to the belief that all students can learn

Self-motivated
