This position offers you the opportunity to influence the rollout of innovative, technology-driven schools — not via traditional advertising or mass marketing, but by cultivating trust at the grassroots level. You’ll pinpoint high-value community partners (such as respected preschools, leading enrichment programs, and influential parenting voices), orchestrate localized campaigns, and funnel qualified prospects directly to our admissions team. Unlike conventional outreach positions, this role operates entirely remotely and leverages advanced technology. You’ll harness AI to optimize your processes, rank outreach priorities, and automate follow-through — freeing you to concentrate on what truly drives results: strategic alliances and scalable, partner-driven activation. You’ll control the top-of-funnel pipeline in emerging markets and maintain clear visibility into how your efforts translate to enrollment. What You Will Be Doing Establishing and stewarding strategic alliances with community organizations that reach Alpha’s target family demographic. Providing partners with tailored messaging, collateral, and campaign infrastructure to execute coordinated, effective local initiatives. Collecting and vetting partner-sourced leads, recording relevant context in the CRM, and transitioning them seamlessly to the admissions team. Leveraging AI-powered tools to accelerate outreach, automate scheduling and follow-ups, monitor partner activity, and ensure CRM data integrity. Refining internal standard operating procedures, playbooks, and knowledge bases based on insights from active campaigns. What You Won’t Be Doing Participating in planning sessions without execution — this role demands hands‑on delivery. Conducting in‑person visits or fieldwork — all partner coordination and activation is managed remotely. Overseeing family engagement or enrollment pipelines post‑handoff — admissions owns that process. Depending on marketing to create momentum — you’re directly responsible for generating local awareness and demand. Relationship Manager Key Responsibilities: Own top‑of‑funnel awareness and qualified lead acquisition for new Alpha campuses via remote, partner‑enabled community outreach. Basic Requirements 3+ years in roles focused on community partnerships, grassroots engagement, or local relationship development. Demonstrated ability to independently manage a complete pipeline, from initial outreach through follow‑up to conversion. Proven success engaging high‑trust audiences (e.g. high‑net‑worth families, senior stakeholders). Strong working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot) and comfort integrating AI to enhance productivity. Willingness to adjust availability for partner events or time‑sensitive deliverables (occasional evenings/weekends required).
