Position We are looking for a pt‑ft Spa Administrator, for our Bloor West Village & Etobicoke locations, to manage our front desk and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Responsibilities Receiving clients at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing them appropriately Answering incoming phone calls, emails and appointment requests from our website. Receiving and sorting daily mail Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures) Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone / email Complete daily checklist of cleaning and tidying obligations and abide by regulations regarding sanitation, cleanliness, and safety Requirements Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role Proficiency in Mac Software Hands‑on experience with office equipment (scanner, credit / debit card machine, tablets and printers) Professional attitude and appearance Solid written and verbal communication skills Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise Excellent organizational skills Multitasking and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks Customer service attitude Salary: $17.60–$18 / hr plus commission on sales #J-18808-Ljbffr
