We are an organic salon and spa in midtown Toronto. We specialize in non-toxic hair and spa services. We are looking for a Salon & Spa Manager to join our team.

Customer Service - your role will include delivering a seamless customer experience by being the first and last impression of our boutique with tasks that include: Greeting clients and walk-ins upon arrival; receptionist duties; processing payments and booking future appointments; answering questions about our services and product lines in person and on the phone; finding solutions to potential complaints and questions as they arise; making sure customers come back; warm and welcoming personality as well as other duties that go with customer service.

Team Leader
- your motivational leadership will manage our team of stylists and estheticians to ensure our salon continues to maintain a positive and efficient environment for our customers and staff. This includes: helping stylists and estheticians keep their scheduled appointment on time; managing staff work schedules; holding monthly staff meetings; regularly updating the salons owner of employees wellbeing and performance; delegating duties to staff, tracking hours and commissions, any duty related to implementing and enforcing employee procedures.

Ensuring a smooth operation of the overall running of the business, customer experience is top priority. Learning the products, increasing sales of products and services, offering ideas and suggestions to improve the business, ensuring the overall appearance of the space is in top notch and everything is in place. Positive, open, outgoing and a team player.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
