This role involves managing inbound sales through Chat, SMS, email, and calls while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities Handle inbound sales inquiries across multiple channels: Chat, email, and phone. Convert inquiries into sales by understanding customer needs and recommending tailored solutions. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and key performance metrics. Proactively manage a sales pipeline during slower periods, ensuring all leads are nurtured. Stay knowledgeable about our products and services to provide accurate information to clients. Collaborate with team members and leadership to identify and implement process improvements. Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in Salesforce. Qualifications Fully bilingual in English and French or Mandarin, both verbal and written. Proven experience in sales, ideally in a contact centre or multi‑channel environment. A track record of exceeding sales targets while delivering customer‑focused solutions.
