Our fast-paced environment demands high levels of precision, organization, and execution—not just in engineering, but also in our financial operations.Position Overview:We are looking for a passionate Mechanical Engineer who thrives on designing, integrating, and bringing humanoid robotic components to life. Your role will involve hands-on collaboration from the drawing board to the workshop, working closely with our manufacturing team to design, fabricate, assemble, and test cutting-edge robotic assemblies.Key Responsibilities:Design and integrate mechanical components for humanoid roboticsCollaborate closely with the engineering and manufacturing teams to produce cohesive and robust humanoid robot designsParticipate directly in the fabrication, assembly, and testing phases of robotic systemsOrganize and maintain clear, detailed CAD models and documentationPerform and interpret FEA analysis for structural integrity and reliabilityQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical EngineeringMinimum of 2 years of experience (recent graduates demonstrating exceptional knowledge, passion, and a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply)Proficiency in Fusion 360 or InventorExperience designing gear and motor systemsAbility to integrate electrical systems into mechanical assembliesExposure to manufacturing processes including CNC machining and 3D printingPreferred Experience(Not Required but Highly Valued):Hands-on experience operating and programming CNC machinesPrevious work in robotic systemsDetailed knowledge of harmonic, planetary, and cycloidal gear systemsFamiliarity with IP ratings, shock/vibration testing, and environmental sealingPractical experience with design validation testing and mechanical failure analysisPortfolio Requirement:A strong portfolio demonstrating significant contributions to previous mechanical or robotic projects is essential.Please submit a PDF or provide an accessible link highlighting your relevant work.
