Nasdaq, St John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada As a Project Coordinator, reporting to our Sr. Manager, Project Management, you’ll play a critical role in supporting our Information Security Governance and Compliance initiatives by working with a global team and supporting client requests regarding the security of the Nasdaq Verafin service and product. The right candidate will assist the team with Information Security related requests and act as a subject‑matter expert during client interactions. Key Responsibilities Respond to product‑related security inquiries and process due diligence requests. Act as a subject matter expert in Information Security during client interactions. Proactively update and maintain the Information Library as a central source of truth. Ensure the maintenance and development of the information security resources. Contribute to the continuous refinement of our processes to improve efficiency, effective customer management and consistency of messaging. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a Technology related field. At least 2 years of work experience in a similar role. Passion for cybersecurity, technology and data protection. Experience with Jira, Salesforce or Loopio considered an asset. Strong communication skills and the ability to think outside of the box. Microsoft Office experience. Ability to work collaboratively in a distributed team, across multiple functions, locations and time zones. This position will be located in St John’s and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment—at least 3 days a week in‑office, subject to change—providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
