OverviewYour future starts hereWe are looking for a meticulous individual with attention to detail to assume the position of Pharmacovigilance Associate (PV). The key functions include managing the collection, processing and reporting of Adverse Reactions (ARs) and Product Quality Complaints (PQPs) in accordance with corporate and national pharmacovigilance requirements. In addition to these core functions, the ideal candidate would also assist with quality assurance related tasks such as audit preparation, CAPA investigations, change management and program compliance.ResponsibilitiesManaging the collection, processing, and reporting of adverse events (AEs) and reconciliation reportsMaintaining high compliance standards regarding reporting timelines, quality of reporting, and responding to inquiries from stakeholdersAccountable for recognizing, triaging, and reporting as per the program or manufacturer requirementsHelp conduct Pharmacovigilance compliance activitiesAssisting in the initiation of investigations for late AE reportsShift Rotation – 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m., 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.; occasional weekend workOther tasks as requiredQualificationsBSc and / or BA related to Health Science1-3 years of experience in Pharmacovigilance / Medical Information / Adverse Event Reporting / Safety Case Processing, and / or Regulatory or QA experience is an assetGood understanding of safety regulationsExperience in medical and / or pharmaceutical fields, including exposure to medical terminology and / or scientific writing is an assetExceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detailProven analytical and problem-solving skillsPreference for an individual with CAPA investigation experienceVersed in Change Control Management is an assetProficient in conducting Program ComplianceAbove-average verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated prioritization skills and ability to multi-task to meet tight deadlinesBilingual, English / French is a requirementComfortable working with computers and technology, specifically the Microsoft Office suite of productsBenefitsWith one tree planted for every new hire, why not start your new job on a green foot and help us lower our carbon footprint.Job Status : Full Time, PermanentJob Location : Oakville, ON or Moncton, NBApplication Deadline : October 1st, 2025 #J-18808-Ljbffr
