We are currently seeking a qualified
Proposal Coordinator
to join our team. The Proposal Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the Business Development Team by facilitating the coordination and development of RFP-compliant, competitive, and high-quality marketing proposals and statements of qualification. This hybrid position is under the supervision of the Senior Proposal Manager.

Responsibilities:
Independently managing low-complexity proposals while assisting the Proposal Manager in handling complex and strategic bids. Actively contributing to the production of proposal documents, including proposal and quote templates, as well as marketing and technical documentation. Assisting in enhancing proposal content throughout the pursuit process under the guidance of the Proposal Manager. Formatting and laying out proposals and other marketing materials using standard templates. Coordinating, producing, packaging, and tracking proposals for delivery to ensure submission deadlines are consistently met, including assisting in the closeout process. Coordinating and participating in internal team and customer meetings. Fulfilling any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Basic Qualifications:
A diploma or degree in a relevant field (candidates with engineering experience/degrees are preferred). A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, including involvement in the proposal process. Proficiency in the MS Office suite, coupled with excellent written and verbal English skills, including the ability to correct grammar, spelling, punctuation, and narrative flow. Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive under tight deadlines. Effective teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with individuals at all levels and coordinate assignments while assembling necessary documents within strict client deadlines. Availability to work on a hybrid schedule (remote/in-office).
