Role Description This is a full‑time, remote role for the Director, Sales Crop Protection Canada. The role involves overseeing sales operations, managing and growing customer relationships, and developing strategic sales initiatives to meet company objectives. The Director will focus on expanding business opportunities within Canada, providing leadership to a sales team, and ensuring alignment with company goals to drive revenue and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Proven expertise in sales and sales operations, with the ability to achieve targets and optimize sales processes. Strong capabilities in customer service and relationship management to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Experience in team management, providing leadership, mentorship, and guidance to drive team performance. Demonstrated skills in business development to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities. Exceptional communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills. Knowledge of the crop protection industry or related sectors is a strong advantage. Bachelor’s degree in agronomy, business, or related fields preferred. Willingness to travel as needed to meet business objectives.
