In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining our high standards of quality by assisting in inspections and ensuring compliance with quality control processes. Your contributions will be essential in upholding our commitment to excellence.ResponsibilitiesPerform routine inspections of incoming materials, components and finished products to ensure adherence to company quality standards.Conduct root cause investigations and respond to Quality Assurance Manager’s inquiries.Guide the team members on any improvements and corrective actions that can be carried out for effective implementation of the system.Educate line associates about quality standards, control measures and resolution processes.Audit various manufacturing processes to ensure product during manufacturing.Conduct root cause investigations and understand the various causes of a product defect.Proactively seek knowledge on all products and services.Documentation:Record and analyze defects, evaluate corrective and preventive actions.Conduct audits and ensure procedures and processes needed to sustain quality objectives are established and implemented.Maintain company quality documentation, such as quality manuals, quality procedures, etc.Ensure a thorough understanding of products, quality standards and issue resolution processes.Check production lines to ensure standards are adhering to product specifications during manufacturing.Determine the cause of a defect.Perform various testing on random finished product samples.Conduct root cause investigations and respond to Quality Engineering inquiries.Guide the employees on any improvements and corrective actions that can be carried out for effective implementation of the system.Educate line associates about quality standards, control measures and resolution processes.RequirementsExperience or education in Quality Assurance/Quality Control is preferred.Prior working knowledge of Windows and Doors is considered an asset.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.Familiarity with quality inspection techniques and tools, including calipers.Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.Operate in an office and manufacturing environment.Operate in an office and manufacturing environment.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.If you are passionate about quality assurance and eager to contribute to a team that values excellence, we invite you to apply today at Stage Windows & DoorsJob Type: Full-timeSchedule:Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:Concord, ON L4K 5W1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)Experience:QA/QC: 3 years (required)Location:140 Great Gulf Dr, Concord, ON L4K 5W1, CanadaAre you able to reliably commute or relocate to Vaughan, ON?Do you have a valid work permit to work in Canada?Do you have Window & Doors industry experience?Are you applying through reference?Reference Name and DepartmentWhat certification or licensing do you have? #J-18808-Ljbffr
