Requirements: Strong experience or affiliation with IBO or equivalent competitions. Preferred experience as a medalist, problem setter, coach, grader, or selection committee member. Graduate-level research or teaching experience designing advanced conceptual biology problems. Understanding of biological systems, experimental design, and theoretical biology. Proficiency in LaTeX for writing and formatting complex problem sets. Strong written communication and analytical precision.
