Wholesale Parts Account Manager

MSX is seeking a Wholesale Parts Account Manager to manage sales of Mopar products to warehouse distributors (WDs), independent installers, and fleets through the WD and Dealer network. The role requires full-time travel.Job DescriptionThe WD Account Manager will be thoroughly familiar with the Canadian automotive aftermarket. The primary focus is selling Mopar products to WD networks, independent installers, and fleets. The role includes assisting Dealers in selling and promoting bpro products to WDs for resale to installers/fleets.Day To Day Responsibilities Travel with Mopar warehouse distributors, wholesalers, Dealers and WD-owned jobbers to sell and support Mopar and bpro products. Coordinate and communicate marketing and sales programs and related features, including technician training, technical support, local product promotions, and WD/Dealer-funded details. Execute follow-up on sales calls and close sales as authorized by sponsoring Dealers. Understand high-level Stellantis Dealer and WD organization and aftermarket strategy. Submit daily sales call reports with planned/actual customer visits, sales results by product, and next steps using TrackIT and Excel. Provide recommendations on product line expansion, pricing opportunities, and market trends from analytics and data reporting systems. Coordinate with Mopar Headquarters and Field personnel to identify open markets needing coverage. Sales contacts: maintain regular contact with WDs and servicing dealers; participate in standard Mopar meetings; respond to emails/phone calls within 24 hours; log all contacts in TrackIt. Support implementation schedules, dealer contact reports, and post-visit survey reporting. Equip with a company laptop and access Mopar network and program support components. Qualifications Bi-lingual: fluent English and fluent French (speaking and writing). Minimum seven years of professional experience in the automotive aftermarket and/or wholesale parts with Stellantis dealer experience preferred. Experience in wholesale automotive parts sales, management, and customer requirements. Prior dealership training, coaching, and consulting preferred. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong interpersonal skills with team-building and participative management. Proficiency with PC, Dealer/WD Management Systems, and Microsoft Office. Requires self-starter with ability to work under minimal supervision.Education And/or Experience Bachelor's degree in a related field or minimum 7 years of equivalent experience. Familiarity with automotive operations: Manufacturer, fleet, installer, wholesale parts management, and aftermarket service departments. Basic understanding of automobile repair and technology. Experience with management of and selling wholesale automotive parts. Language SkillsBi-lingual: fluent English and fluent French (speaking and writing).Computer SkillsHigh proficiency with PC and Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Competency in Mopar/Dealer/Distributor specific software applications as required by the client.Strategic and Tactical Skills GAP analysis of current operating practices and development of comprehensive action plans. Wholesale parts business planning and marketing experience preferred. Ability to execute program components such as training, reporting, merchandising, marketing, group facilitation, and product demonstrations. Process development, mapping, evaluation and execution capabilities. Logical reasoning for business decisions and solution-based outcomes. Self-starting with ability to operate with limited supervision and collaborate with a team. Physical DemandsAbility to assemble merchandising displays, deliver marketing materials, travel multi-day, participate in training seminars, and lift up to 50 lbs.Work Environment Full-time position.
