This role will be responsible for: Providing operational leadership and support to interdisciplinary team members in the provision of quality care to patients/residents and their families Maintaining responsibility in collaboration with a Physician Leader for the effective and efficient delivery of services within specified sub-units of a large clinical program Providing leadership and supervision to interdisciplinary staff including the requirement to supervise Clinical Nurse Leader(s) (CNLs) and/or Unit Supervisor(s) and/or equivalent nursing leadership roles in unit(s) that provide direct care to patients/residents This is a temporary full time opportunity until June 8, 2027. What You Bring The following qualifications and competencies are required to successfully provide the leadership necessary to fulfill the Mission and Values of Providence Health Care. Qualifications: Masters degree in a related Health Profession plus a minimum of five (5) years’ experience at the middle management level in a medium to large health care organization or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
