Salesforce Technical Architect

This is a full-time, 100% remote opportunity The Salesforce Architect is intended to drive the technical side of the integrated solutions provided to our clients. The Architect must be passionate about solving business challenges and determining solutions for potential clients. This position will analyze, design, and launch solutions for our clients using Salesforce. This role will work heavily with Management, Operations, Clients, and other development teams to accomplish the goals for multiple implementations. What You Will Be Doing: Identify, build, and integrate various technologies to provide client solutions and associate applications using Salesforce.com and other technologies Develop solutions based on specifications as indicated in the design Create high-quality solutions for clients Participate and collaborate on the design Create and maintain positive relationships with multiple internal groups to support ongoing project development Effectively deliver results on several development projects Produce technical documentation Provide product consulting across the Salesforce platform including Sales and Service Cloud Participate in all appropriate product, sales, and procedural training and certification to acquire and maintain the knowledge necessary to be effective in the position. Attain quarterly and annual objectives assigned by management. Achieve and Maintain Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, and Developer Certifications What You Will Bring: B.S. Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent work experience 5 years or more of development experience 3-5 years of Implementation, Design, and Configuration experience within Salesforce is required. Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I are must-have certifications for consideration. Advanced understanding of the overall Architecture of the Salesforce platform Experience with Salesforce platform - Sales/Service cloud, Force.com, Administration/Configuration, Apex, Force.com APIs, data loads Experience with Agile methodology Experience with Enterprise organizational strategies using Salesforce Proven time management skills in a dynamic development environment Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer Certifications CRM, Interaction Management, CTI, Case Management and Technologies that support these 5+ years of experience working on multiple Salesforce Implementations with Service, Sales, and Custom Applications and associated technologies $175,000 - $200,000 a year #LI-JF1 About Us TTEC Digital and our 1,800+ employees, pioneer engagement and growth solutions that fuel the exceptional customer experience (CX).
