Brandt est actuellement à la recherche d’un coordonnateur des ventes pour sa succursale de Brossard, QC. Le titulaire du poste est chargé de soutenir l’équipe des ventes et de diriger les initiatives de marketing avec le groupe de l’image de marque pour la création et l’entretien des documents de marketing. Fonctions et responsabilités Assister l’équipe des ventes dans la préparation des propositions/soumissions et des présentations, y compris la rédaction des propositions Faciliter la collecte de contenu pour les initiatives de marketing en vue de la création de brochures, d’études de cas, de photographies/vidéos et d’évènements Collaborer avec l’équipe d’estimation pour normaliser les modèles de proposition Veiller à l’uniformité de la présentation de nos soumissions afin de s’assurer qu’elles respectent les normes Collaborer avec l’équipe des ventes pour assurer le suivi de toutes les propositions Recueillir des données et créer divers rapports sur demande Superviser le processus de soumissions, y compris la communication de l’équipe des ventes à l’équipe d’estimation et d’ingénierie, et de retour à l’équipe des ventes Mettre en œuvre et diriger de nouvelles stratégies d’organisation/planification pour l’exploitation des opportunités - prospection Collaborer avec l’équipe des ventes et le directeur des ventes pour s’assurer que les soumissions sont prêtes au moment opportun et que les calendriers de suivis sont maintenus Gérer les modèles standard de soumissions Travailler avec le groupe des ventes pour suivre et noter les opportunités perdues et mener les enquêtes sur les opportunités perdues Contribuer à la collecte de nouvelles informations sur les marchés - nouvelles opportunités par secteur Aider les vendeurs sur le terrain avec les documents de présentation et de préparation D’autres tâches peuvent être assignées Duties and Responsibilities Assist sales with proposal/bid and presentation preparation including proposal writing Facilitate the gathering of content for Marketing initiatives for the creation of brochures, case studies, photography/videos and trade shows Work with the estimating group to standardize proposal templates Ensure consistency in our proposal submission and review to ensure submissions meet the formatting standard work with Sales Team to ensure all proposals are followed up with accordingly Responsible for collecting data and creating various reports as requested Responsible for championing the bid submission process including communication from the sales team to the estimating and engineering team, and back to the Sales Team Implementing and leading new organization strategies for opportunity logging - prospecting Working with the Sales Team and Sales Manager to ensure submissions are on time and follow-up schedules are maintained Managing the standard proposal submission templates Work the sales group to track and log lost opportunities and lead lost opportunity investigations Assist with new market intelligence - new industry opportunity investigation Assist infield Salesmen with presentation/preparation materials Other duties as assigned Compétences requises Intérêt et aptitude pour la vente Excellentes compétences de présentation et de communication Attitude positive et optimiste avec des perspectives ambitieuses Sens du détail et bonne organisation Solides compétences de gestion du temps et bonnes habitudes de travail Required Skills Interest and aptitude in sales activities Excellent presentation and communication skills Positive, upbeat attitude with ambitious outlook> Detail-oriented and good organizational skills Strong time management skills and effective working habits Expérience requise Doit bien connaître la suite de Microsoft Office Aptitude et connaissances mécaniques souhaitées Expérience préalable dans le secteur de l’équipement lourd souhaitée Expérience préalable dans la coordination de l’inventaire et des ventes, considérée comme un atout Required Experience Must be familiar with Microsoft Office Mechanical aptitude and knowledge preferred Previous experience in the heavy equipment industry preferred Previous experience in inventory coordination and sales considered an asset Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Sales and Business Development Industries Machinery Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
