Job Description The Impact You’ll Make in this Role Solventum is seeking an Implementation Consultant for its Canadian Health Information Systems team. As an Implementation Consultant, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. You will make an impact by: Collaborating with clients and Solventum internal team members to complete project deliverables and implementation needs. Assessing current state workflow and working with the implementation team to validate proposed future state fits with overall project objectives. Leading and working interactively with Solventum clients and team members to configure, test and validate the Solventum application environment. Communicating with client and internal teams on issue resolution and configuration changes, tracking and documenting encountered issues. Performing problem isolation/analysis of issues, partnering with support and escalation teams in root cause analysis and troubleshooting. Training system administrators and end users. Leading testing and go‑live support; interacting with customer teams on issue resolution and configuration changes. Keeping up to date with new features, functions, business issues and implementation options; contributing to the evolutionary growth of implementation infrastructure by developing and/or updating material, tools and programs. Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, we are looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university, or high‑school diploma/GED or higher with a minimum of 6 years of experience as a substitute for the bachelor’s degree. Minimum of three (3) combined years of direct experience supporting software and/or implementing software (preferably in a healthcare setting). Minimum of two (2) combined years of working knowledge of hospital and/or professional healthcare coding workflow. Minimum of two (2) years in a client‑facing implementation role. Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Knowledge of Solventum HIS products. Electronic Medical Record implementation experience. Ability to solve problems in a logical, methodical, and time‑efficient manner. Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to maintain superior customer relations in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to learn and apply new tools and technology quickly. Willingness to travel. Work Location Remote (Job duties require occasional travel to customer sites). Travel may include up to 10%. Relocation assistance may be authorized.
