Personal Banker (Full time) – Ste‑Foy, Quatre‑Bourgeois Join TD Canada Trust as a Personal Banker in the Ste‑Foy – Quatre‑Bourgeois branch. This role offers a full‑time schedule and a competitive salary range within our Personal & Commercial Banking line of business. Key Details Location: Sainte‑Foy, Quebec, Canada Hours: 37.5 hours per week Line Of Business: Personal & Commercial Banking Pay: $52,700 – $74,400 CAD per year About the Role At TD Canada Trust, we are the frontline of TD Bank, building deep and long‑lasting relationships with our customers. In this position, you will provide customer‑centric service, advise on investment options, and promote products and solutions that meet customer needs. You will work closely with colleagues and partners to ensure a positive customer experience while maintaining regulatory and marketing standards. Responsibilities Advising customers on high‑level financial solutions, including investment and credit banking options. Engaging customers by asking thoughtful financial questions, creating positive experiences, and maintaining relationships. Increasing customer financial confidence through personalized advice, evaluating concerns, and escalating matters when appropriate. Acting as a point of contact for frontline staff in handling customer problems. Maintaining professional space in common areas per marketing and regulatory guidelines. Providing financial reviews, portfolio updates, and tailored solutions based on customer goals. Staying knowledgeable about emerging issues, evolving regulations, and industry codes of conduct; participating in process improvement initiatives. Striving to meet and improve service level agreements and productivity targets. Ensuring documents are prepared consistently with relevant regulations and accurately reflect business intentions. Collaborating as a team member, mentoring others, and addressing communication issues efficiently. Requirements High school diploma and/or 1‑year of relevant experience. Post‑secondary or undergraduate degree in a related field is an asset. Completion of IFIC or equivalent required. CFSA must be completed within 12 months if hired. Real‑estate secured lending and/or investment experience is an asset. Sound knowledge of advanced investing and credit processes, banking solutions, and concepts for personalized advice in a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency in software tools including MS Office and internet applications. Ability to communicate ideas and customer information concisely and logically.
