Recognized for four consecutive years as Canada’s Fastest ISP with an industry-leading net promoter score of over fifty, telMAX is continuing its rapid growth plan to bring its all-fibre network to residential and business customers across Southern Ontario.Your Position & How You Will ContributeReporting to the Director of Project Management, the Project & Reporting Analyst plays a key role in supporting telMAX’s build program and ensuring projects align with business objectives. Working closely with the Project Management Office (PMO), this position supports project coordination, reporting, and operational processes that drive visibility, consistency, and efficiency across the organization.Responsibilities & Key Duties:Project Coordination & ReportingDistribute project construction packages to contractors and internal stakeholdersManage and maintain Excel trackers and project templatesDevelop and refine reports using Clad and the Master ScheduleSupport the implementation and migration of project management data into the Clad systemContribute to weekly construction and engineering cash forecasts for the Finance teamAssist with Finance month-end reporting and related analysisProcess Improvement & DocumentationDocument internal processes and workflows to support standardization and efficiencyIdentify opportunities for process and reporting enhancementsSupport the rollout of new systems, templates, and tools within the PMO environmentAd Hoc Analysis & SupportRespond to ad-hoc data and analysis requests from managementCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate and timely project updatesExperienceStrong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)Advanced Excel skills required; Power Query experience is an assetExcellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities with a high degree of accuracy and efficiencyProven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgmentProfessional, positive, and collaborative attitudeAbility to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervisionAdaptable and resourceful in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentExperience working in a diverse and inclusive environmentImPACT ValuesPerformance & CommitmentWe hold ourselves to the highest standards, delivering exceptional results through dedication, accountability, and continuous improvement.
