Position: First-Line Supervisors of Office and Administrative Support Workers Type: Independent Contractor Compensation: $60–$100/hour Location: US, UK, or Canada Duration: 3–4 weeks Commitment: 15+ hours/week Role Responsibilities Design questions related to the occupation of First-Line Supervisors of Office and Administrative Support Workers. Collaborate with AI research teams to ensure questions align with industry standards. Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines. Ensure the quality and relevance of questions to improve AI model training. Utilize professional experience to enhance the depth and accuracy of content. Qualifications 4+ years full-time work experience as a First-Line Supervisors of Office and Administrative Support Workers. Be based in the US, UK, or Canada. Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not accepted). Compensation & Legal We can meet industry-standard compensation expectations for your current role. Paid weekly via Stripe Connect based on logged project hours. Classified as an "at-will" contractor to Mercor. Cannot currently support H1-B or STEM OPT status candidates.
