OverviewAre you passionate about building relationships and ensuring customer success?Do you enjoy troubleshooting technical issues and developing solutions to meet customer’s needs?Join our innovative Midstream Chemical Services TeamOur Midstream Chemical Team uses technology consisting of chemistry, equipment, knowledge expertise, Intellectual Property, correct application methods and monitoring to improve pipeline and terminal applications while providing value to our clients.Midstream Service Delivery ManagerPartner with the bestAs a Midstream Service Delivery Manager, you will represent Baker Hughes with executive level management of pipeline, terminal, and refining organizations in order to help progress critical sales projects.ResponsibilitiesBuilding long-term strategic relationships by providing account management to customers while understanding their business requirements and originating sales opportunitiesIdentifying, coordinating, and collaborating with team members to drive projects, technical sales and innovative solutions that bring value to our customersDeveloping, delivering, and leading business reviews and technical presentations to customers, executive leadership, and teamManaging the day-to-day operations of existing refinery chemical process business for customer accounts, technicians and account representativesDemonstrating good communication with interpersonal skills and an ability to build trusting relationships with teams and customersFollowing Sales and Service Standards at key customer accounts to ensure compliancePotentially directly managing a team of employeesQualificationsHave a Bachelor’s Degree or demonstrate equivalent work experienceHave a min of 5 years upstream, midstream, or industrial treatment sales experienceHave experience in commercial or sales role with good customer interface, relationship building, and a track record of delivering sales growthShow comprehensive understanding of customer requirements and midstream market conditionsHave a solid understanding of upstream, midstream and terminal processes and economicsHave an understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss and cash-flow managementBe available to travel up to 25% of the timeWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
