Join the Project Administrator role at Dillon Consulting Limited. We’re looking for a proactive, detail‑oriented professional who excels at building relationships, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, and supporting technical project managers in a fast‑paced, agile environment. Responsibilities Support project initiation and planning—executing agreements, setting up projects in Dillon’s financial management system, and facilitating the completion and distribution of project plans. Assist with documentation in line with Dillon’s quality management system, manage pertinent project information, and provide embedded support for unique project needs. Facilitate monthly invoicing, perform financial monitoring, budget analysis, and data entry; help develop scope changes and liaise with the finance department; support project close‑out processes. Contribute to general office‑related administrative tasks as needed. Commit to ongoing learning and professional development. Qualifications Minimum two years of administration experience, or a comparable combination of education, skills, knowledge and experience. Prior experience in project administration or coordination is an asset. Post‑secondary education in project management or a related program is an asset. Basic accounting knowledge, understanding of project management concepts, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel). Excellent attention to detail, strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills. Team‑player who can multitask and collaborate effectively. Experience in a professional services consulting firm (engineering, environmental, or planning) is an asset.
